Для публичного обсуждения представили проект документа, устанавливающего МРП, МЗП и другие расчётные показатели на 2024 год.
На сайте “Открытые НПА” представили для публичного обсуждения проект закона “О республиканском бюджете на 2024-2026 годы”.
Согласно документу, с 1 января 2024 года планируется установить:
минимальный размер заработной платы – 70 000 тенге;
минимальный размер государственной базовой пенсионной выплаты – 28 215 тенге;
минимальный размер пенсии – 57 853 тенге;
месячный расчётный показатель – 3692 тенге;
величину прожиточного минимума для исчисления размеров базовых социальных выплат – 43 407 тенге.
Также планируется предусмотреть средства, направленные на пенсионные выплаты по возрасту и пенсионные выплаты за выслугу лет, с учётом повышения их размеров с 1 января 2024 года на 9%.
Месячный размер денежной компенсации на содержание жилища и оплату коммунальных услуг установят в сумме 3739 тенге военнослужащим (кроме военнослужащих срочной службы) и сотрудникам специальных государственных и правоохранительных органов, государственной фельдъегерской службы.
Также проект закона предусматривает:
●размер гарантированного трансферта из Национального фонда в республиканский бюджет в сумме 2 трлн тенге;
●целевой трансферт из Национального фонда в сумме 1,6 трлн тенге на цели, определённые президентом РК;
●резерв правительства РК на 2024 год в сумме 417,26 млрд тенге;
●резерв на инициативы президента РК на 2024 год в сумме 100 млрд тенге.
●лимит правительственного долга на 31 декабря 2024 года в размере 28,7 трлн тенге.
Публичное обсуждение документа продлится до 4 сентября.
