В Казахстане представителей категорий детей-сирот и инвалидов I и II групп будут ставить в очередь на жильё в проактивном формате, сообщает пресс-служба Министерства индустрии и инфраструктурного развития РК.
Ведомство провело исследование проблем постановки в очередь нуждающихся в жилье методом мозгового штурма по проекту Invisible Government. В мероприятии приняли участие представители Минздрава, управления жилья и жилищной инспекции Астаны, “Отбасы банка”, Центра поддержки детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, и столичного Дома ребёнка. В фокус-группу вошли граждане из вышеуказанных категорий, нуждающиеся в жилье.
“Фокус-группа выделила основные проблемы и болевые точки, связанные с присвоениями категорий и их приоритетностью, а также подняла вопросы нецелевого использования накопленных пособий по достижению совершеннолетия детьми-сиротами.Кроме того, прозвучали предложения по изменению норм в законодательстве. Также респонденты прошли онлайн-опросник по жизненной ситуации, где в числе главных проблем отметили долгое ожидание очереди на жильё и наличие фиктивных разводов и сложности в присвоении инвалидности”, – сообщили в министерстве.
Таким образом удалось получить обратную связь от граждан для дальнейшего совершенствования механизмов поддержки.
По итогам обсуждения фокус-группа поддержала инициативу об оказании госуслуги по постановке в очередь в проактивном формате.
Теперь МИИР проведёт необходимые работы по интеграции с информационными системами для автоматического получения эталонных данных в Единую информационную систему очередников, чтобы можно было уведомлять людей о возможности встать в очередь без обращения в госорганы.
