Купить электронный билет можно через сайт bilet.railways.kz. Для его оформления пассажиру необходимо зарегистрироваться, указав паспортные данные, ИИН, номер справки об инвалидности и шестизначный код социального ID, полученный в еGov mobile.
Проверка оснований для покупки льготного билета производится автоматически. После верификации данных в режиме онлайн система продажи позволит применить льготную скидку на выбранное место. Для людей с особыми потребностями предусмотрена 50% льготная скидка от стоимости билета на проезд по социально-значимым маршрутам, 70% льгота – по коммерческим маршрутам Тальго в специализированные купе (для пассажира с особыми потребностями и сопровождающего лица).
Для упрощения процедуры оформления льготных проездных документов КТЖ ведет работу по интеграции с Автоматизированной информационной системой «Социальная помощь» Минтруда. После чего пассажир сможет оформлять льготные билеты, предъявив только ИИН.
В поезда Национального перевозчика включаются специализированные вагоны с местами для инвалидов и сопровождающих их лиц. В парке АО «Пассажирские перевозки» насчитывается 80 вагонов с купе, отвечающие потребностям особых пассажиров. Из них 20 вагонов Тальго.
«К 2025 году по социально-значимым маршрутам планируется полностью обеспечить вагонами для маломобильных лиц, в составе коммерческих поездов – порядка 90%. До конца 2023 года в 13 вагонах переоборудуют по одному купе для перевозки особых людей. До 2030 года планируется приобрести 46 вагонов с купе для комфортной поездки людей с ограниченными возможностями. Билет на поезд люди с ограниченными возможностями также могут приобрести непосредственно на вокзале через кассу. Для этого необходимо предоставить документ, удостоверяющий личность, справка об инвалидности», – сообщили в компании.
