Более 260 поездок совершили лица с инвалидностью в рамках пилотного проекта по оказанию услуги инватакси через агрегаторы

За первые 10 дней реализации пилотного проекта по использованию агрегаторов такси при оказании услуги инватакси для людей с особыми потребностями, инициированного Министерством труда и социальной защиты населения РК (далее – МТСЗН), в Астане и Алматы данную услугу получили уже 268 раз.

Напомним, МТСЗН совместно с акиматами приняли решение изменить механизм предоставления услуги инватакси, чтобы повысить ее качество и скорость оказания, так как по действующим нормам есть ряд условий. К примеру, гражданам необходимо за день до получения услуги записаться по телефону, что вынуждает заранее планировать свои поездки, ожидать подачу инватакси, имеется нехватка транспортных средств для предоставления услуг инватакси и т.д.

Для упрощения условий был инициирован пилотный проект по привлечению к оказанию данной услуги агрегаторов такси, которые получили соответствующий запрос на участие.

Важным условием являлось отсутствие процентов от оплаты поездок, которые обычно отчисляются в пользу платформ-агрегаторов. Принять участие в пилотном проекте на безвозмездной основе изъявила желание компания Яндекс.

В рамках пилота граждане могут заказывать себе поездки на легковых автомобилях в рамках инватакси через мобильное приложение Яндекс Go. Это позволяет быстро осуществить подбор машины для получателя услуги, отслеживать статус заказа в режиме онлайн и осуществлять мониторинг совершенных поездок. В данном приложении запущен экран специальных возможностей, чтобы лица с инвалидностью могли предупредить водителя об особых пожеланиях в поездке. В свою очередь, водители получают специальные инструкции – например, как помочь человеку с размещением в машине и выйти из неё.

На первом этапе в пилотном проекте участвует фокус-группа из числа лиц с инвалидностью (далее – ЛСИ) из городов Астана и Алматы. В случае положительного результата оказание услуги в новом формате будет расширено на другие группы ЛСИ и масштабировано на все регионы страны.
