С начала 2024 года более 17 тыс. граждан, из которых порядка 10,9 тыс. безработных, получили сертификаты о прохождении онлайн-курсов на платформе профессионального обучения Skills Enbek (далее – Платформа). Всего на Платформе зарегистрировались 380 тыс. казахстанцев, из которых 25,5 тыс. – в 2024 году.
Из 10,9 тыс. безработных граждан, прошедших обучение, порядка 3,1 тыс. человек – представители молодежи, в основном из Туркестанской, Жамбылской, Актюбинской, Кызылординской и Акмолинской областей.
С момента запуска авторы опубликовали на Платформе 477 курсов по различным направлениям, из них 243 – бесплатные. Также имеются курсы от партнеров Courstore и Fluent Education с возможностью перехода для дальнейшего обучения на образовательные площадки.
Продолжительность курсов составляет от 1 до 72 часов.
Наиболее востребованными курсами за февраль месяц являются «Профессиональный курс индивидуального помощника для сопровождения лиц с трудностями в передвижении», «Кассир», «Построение отдела продаж в отеле», «Изготовление мыла», «Продавец».
На Платформе постоянно увеличивается число бесплатных курсов по различным профессиям в сферах проживания и питания, строительства и ЖКХ, социального обслуживания, финансов и бухучета, информационных технологий и других.
Как сообщалось ранее, Платформа направлена на повышение уровня образованности и профессионализма населения страны в целом, стимулирование карьерного развития и продвижение концепции «обучение в течение всей жизни». Она создана по аналогии с международными обучающими площадками, предоставляющими доступ к онлайн курсам по принципу маркетплейса рынка услуг.

Размещение онлайн-курсов на Платформе для авторов и разработчиков осуществляется бесплатно. Курсы могут быть размещены на государственном и русском языках, должны содержать различные форматы представления информации: текст, презентации, видео и аудио материалы, инфографика и другие виды. Платформа предполагает возможность адаптации интерфейса для обучающихся с особыми потребностями.
Для авторов курсов доступен удобный конструктор составления урока, просмотр статистики и эффективности опубликованных курсов, предусмотрен разнообразный дизайн сертификатов, а также размещен онлайн-калькулятор для предварительного расчета стоимости обучения.
