В Акмолинской области наряду с Бурабайским, Зерендинским и Целиноградским районами активно развивается туризм в Аккольском районе.
Территория района располагает уникальным природным, историческим и культурным потенциалом. Здесь реализуются проекты по развитию инфраструктуры, включая строительство курорт-отеля с медицинскими услугами. Уже функционируют 10 объектов размещения вместимостью более 400 койко-мест и популярные места отдыха, такие как «Глэмпинг отель 1000 звёзд» и центр отдыха «ZharShum».
В рамках рабочей поездки аким Акмолинской области Марат Ахметжанов ознакомился с перспективой развития туризма в Аккольском районе, где посетил строящийся курорт-отель «Wyndham Residencies Aqkol» и встретился с представителями отеля. Для реализации масштабного проекта было привлечено более 4 млрд тенге частных инвестиций.
На встрече были затронуты темы экологической безопасности и планы по дальнейшему повышению туристической привлекательности Акмолинской области.
«Появление и развитие точек притяжения вблизи столичной агломерации позволит разгрузить курорт «Бурабай, а также станет важным шагом на пути к развитию туристической отрасли в регионе. В нашем регионе есть значительный потенциал, чтобы привлечь внимание не только местных гостей, но и туристов из разных стран. И Аккольский район, имеет достаточный потенциал для привлечения инвесторов и получения статуса туристической дестинации», – отметил М. Ахметжанов.
В текущем году здесь начнётся строительство 90 гостевых домов в виде глэмпинга и гостиницы на 120 номеров, спортивных и детских площадок.
По словам руководителя управления туризма Акмолинской области Андрея Подгурского, в 2023 году посещаемость мест отдыха Аккольского района выросла на 206%, а объём услуг увеличился на 149%.
Рабочая поездка продолжилась посещением туристических объектов Щучинско-Боровской курортной зоны. Аким области посетил центр отдыха «Discovery Borovoe» и отель «Wyndham Garden Burabay».
Здесь же руководителю региона было доложено о ходе развития проектов транспортной и инженерной инфраструктуры. Заместитель акима Бурабайского района Бактыбек Жапаев проинформировал о ходе строительства канализационных очистных сооружений.
Аким области поручил завершить техническое задание для проектирования пуско-наладочных работ с прохождением вневедомственной экспертизы.
В завершении поездки Марат Ахметжанов посетил Центр Олимпийской подготовки по зимним видам спорта.
