Министр отметил, что развитие инфраструктуры остается одним из актуальных вопросов:

«По поручению Премьер-Министра расширяется список приоритетных территорий с 10 до ТОП-20. Таким образом, во всех регионах будут определены наиболее перспективные точки роста и в каждой дестинации планируется создать приоритетные туристские территории. Планируется разработка мастер-планов с определением конкретных участков развития, инфраструктурных потребностей и инвестиционных возможностей»,-сказал Е.Маржикпаев.

Министерством проводится всесторонняя работа по цифровизации отрасли туризма. К примеру, для повышения комфорта иностранных туристов устанавливаются QR-коды на границе, переходя по которым туристы смогут найти информацию по гидам, стоимости такси, покупки электронной сим-карты и т.д. Будет продолжена работа по цифровизации деятельности гидов с предоставлением бейджей для создания единой информационной базы квалифицированных гидов и экскурсоводов. Прорабатывается вопрос по внедрению интегрированной платформы Смарт Трэвел, которая представляет собой инновационное решение, основанное на передовых технологиях искусственного интеллекта, объединяющее функционал онлайн-поиска и бронирования, аналитики спроса и виртуального помощника в сфере туризма Казахстана на таких платформах, как: KazakhstanTravel, eQonaq.

«Кроме того, запланирована работа над совершенствованием процесса получения приглашения, включая вопросы цифровизации. Мы предлагаем использовать площадку eQonaq для процесса оформления приглашений на визу, что позволит исключить человеческий фактор и риск залипания букв. Также ведется работа по разрешению пересечения госграницы по электронной визе на сухопутных пунктах пропуска. В данное время по е-виза можно попасть в страну только через международные аэропорты Астаны и Алматы», – добавил министр.
