По состоянию на 1 декабря 2023 года адресная социальная помощь (далее – АСП) назначена 595,7 тыс. человек из 113,6 тыс. семей. В текущем году на эти цели из бюджета выделено 65 млрд тенге.
Как сообщалось ранее, основная цель АСП – выведение семьи из сложной жизненной ситуации посредством осуществления поддержки в виде денежных выплат и вовлечения в активные меры содействия занятости трудоспособных членов семьи.
АСП предусматривает:
– ежеквартальное назначение социальной помощи гражданам, доход которых не превышает 70% от размера регионального прожиточного минимума;
– предоставление ежемесячной дополнительной выплаты детям из малообеспеченных семей в возрасте от 1 до 6 лет включительно в размере 1,5 МРП (5 175 тенге) на каждого ребенка. На 1 декабря т.г. дополнительная выплата назначена 186,1 тыс. детям дошкольного возраста из числа получателей АСП;
– содействие занятости путем трудоустройства, предоставления грантов семьям, мотивированным на открытие собственного дела, направления на курсы повышения квалификации (при необходимости) и другие.
В настоящее время казахстанцы могут подать заявление на назначение АСП, обратившись в карьерный центр, к акиму сельского округа по месту жительства или через портал электронного правительства (egov.kz).
