В столице Казахстана начала работу юбилейная X республиканская научно-практическая конференция «Приоритетные направления реабилитологии и курортологии». В течение двух дней отечественные и зарубежные эксперты обсудят проблемные вопросы и современные подходы реабилитации лиц с инвалидностью.
Мероприятие организованно Министерством труда и социальной защиты населения РК (далее – МТСЗН) совместно с Национальным научным центром развития сферы социальной реабилитации и ОО «Ассоциация реабилитологов и курортологов».
В конференции приняли участие отечественные и зарубежные ученые, специалисты ведущих реабилитационных центров, санаторно-курортных учреждений, фирмы-производители медицинского и специализированного оборудования, фармацевтические компании, представители учреждений здравоохранения разных стран, в том числе, Великобритании, Германии, России.
С приветственным словом перед участниками выступил вице-министр труда и социальной защиты населения РК Ербол Оспанов. Он отметил важность согласованных усилий в вопросах реабилитации в медицинских, психологических, педагогических и социально-экономических сферах.
«МТСЗН принимаются системные меры для повышения качества жизни лиц с инвалидностью и их интеграции в общество через предоставление социальной реабилитации. Так, в рамках поручения Главы государства строятся 12 центров социальной реабилитации для лиц с инвалидностью, в 8 регионах страны открываются центры дневного пребывания для детей с расстройством аутистического спектра и другими ментальными нарушениями, запускается проект «Реабилитация детей с инвалидностью в домашних условиях», который обеспечит людей с особыми потребностями высокотехнологичными средствами реабилитации. По итогам реализации проекта «Реабилитация детей с инвалидностью в домашних условиях» планируется пересмотр Классификатора технических средств реабилитации с включением в него новых видов средств реабилитации», – сказал Ербол Оспанов.
Кроме того, по словам вице-министра, в целях обеспечения прозрачности процессов оказания специальных социальных услуг и реабилитации лиц с инвалидностью будет внедрен Цифровой дневник.
Ключевыми вопросами конференции являются: применение международной классификации функционирования, ограничений жизнедеятельности и здоровья в реабилитации; инновационные методы в реабилитации; неврологические инвалидизирующие заболевания и тактика их ведения; роль технических средств реабилитации в функционировании человека и их подбор.
В рамках мероприятия также планируется проведение обучающих семинаров и тренингов зарубежными экспертами для специалистов из регионов.
