Через портал Еnbek.kz с 1 октября т.г. начнется прием заявок от работодателей, желающих организовать в 2024 году рабочие места, субсидируемые государством.
Работодатели могут организовать на своем предприятии следующие виды субсидируемых рабочих мест: общественные работы, молодежная практика, социальные рабочие места, рабочие места в рамках проектов «Первое рабочее место», «Контракт поколений» и «Серебряный возраст». Это рабочие места, которые работодатель создает дополнительно, а государство полностью или частично оплачивает заработную плату работникам.
Прием заявок продлится до 31 октября 2023 года.
Подать онлайн-заявку в карьерный центр того региона, где планируется создать рабочее место, работодатель может в личном кабинете на Еnbek.kz. После заключения договора с карьерным центром на Еnbek.kz, можно выбрать подходящего кандидата из числа зарегистрированных безработных и принять его на работу, а также ежемесячно направлять онлайн табель учета рабочего времени принятого сотрудника.
В различных программах, обеспечивающих казахстанцев субсидируемыми рабочими местами, в 2023 году принимает участие 47 тыс. работодателей, к которым было трудоустроено более 176 тыс. безработных.
Работодатели, которые действуют более одного года и не имеют задолженности по налоговым платежам, социальным отчислениям и заработной плате имеют все шансы получить поддержку государства в организации субсидируемых рабочих мест.
