В рамках реализации пилотного проекта по заочному формату проведения медико-социальной экспертизы для установления группы инвалидности по итогам 8 месяцев 2023 года было рассмотрено более 45,6 тыс. заявок со всех регионов Казахстана, что составляет 27,1% от общего количества лиц с инвалидностью, прошедших освидетельствование. На данный момент к проекту подключено более 740 медицинских организаций.
В 2022 году было рассмотрено 57,1 тыс. заявок по заочному освидетельствованию, что составляет 22,7% от общего количества лиц с инвалидностью, прошедших освидетельствование.
Как сообщалось ранее, на VI заседании Национального совета общественного доверия Глава государства поручил создать максимально благоприятные условия для людей с особыми потребностями, исключить их хождение по инстанциям и бумажную волокиту, а также контакт услугодателей с услугополучателями.
В целях исполнения данного поручения Министерством труда и социальной защиты населения РК совместно с министерствами здравоохранения и цифрового развития, инноваций и аэрокосмической промышленности во всех 20 регионах Казахстана в пилотном режиме реализуется проект по заочному формату проведения медико-социальной экспертизы (далее – МСЭ).
Для получения услуги по установлению группы инвалидности заявителю необходимо только обратиться в поликлинику по месту жительства и пройти необходимое обследование, остальные процессы проходят без его участия за счет интеграции информационных систем.
Переход на заочное освидетельствование:
– устраняет административные и бюрократические барьеры;
– обеспечивает прозрачность экспертных решений МСЭ;
– дает возможность получать услуги по установлению инвалидности и определению мер социальной защиты лиц с инвалидностью, не выходя из дома;
– исключает прямой контакт услугополучателя с услугодателем, тем самым минимизирует коррупционные риски.
